An effective teacher is one who directs, facilitates and manages the students’ learning process. Da Teng is one of them. I like his flexible teaching style, positive belief in the ability to solve translating problems, willingness and motivation to listen and caring for students.

I’m very happy with the service and education Charlton Brown provided! Alvin’s teaching was fun, creative and entertaining. He likes to talk about trending topics in the class. He’s also fast at answering any questions.

Thanks to CB admin staff Shirley, Menu, and My teacher Fei, Beth and Fanny for providing the care and support. I’ll start working casually at a childcare centre soon after the placement. I’m extremely happy with my achievement!

From our trainer Rudy to the fantastic online resources, super engaging lectures and the outstanding guest speakers – plus the 24/7 student support – there’s literally no better place to study. It’s incredible.

I’ve been enjoying the course a lot. I gained the knowledge in the classroom and then apply it at workplace. The staff, the student services, they are all friendly and supportive.

I am very satisfied with CB.  I finished Cert III Individual Support and Cert IV Disability with trainer Jericho. He has been a superb help in completing my course.  Although he is strict on attendance and submission, he gives us flexibility in completing our assessments and offers free one-on-one consultation. He patiently explains to us the subjects we find difficult to understand.

CB admin team Menu and Shirley has been very wonderful in helping me with all my needs. I could not ask for a better educational institution in my studies here in Brisbane.

I highly recommend this course. Da Teng is very helpful and supportive to all students and thanks to him, I passed NAATI and became a certified translator. I also improved my English a lot from this course. It was a great learning experience.

I’m loving studying design at the institute – it’s fast-paced but the staff, the labs, the learning are awesome. The opportunity to start from scratch to design and market a clothing line is super exciting.

I’ve been really improving my English, and I’m very excited to start high school in Australia.

I’m so lucky, I had a great time with amazing teachers in General English-Ms.Jessica and Ms.Jayne. They’re always supportive to us. I’ve learned a lot and I could improve my English skill with my class. I really appreciate their help.
